Recruitment Methodology

To suit each client our recruitment methodology is flexible, consultative and transparent. This allows us to work strategically with our clients to achieve their business goals.

1. Understanding the Needs of the Client

• Working with the client, we will produce an assignment brief for the position(s).

• Agree with the client on the best recruitment methodology to ensure success.

2. Search and Interview

• Search: We will search our database and advertise to find the right candidate for an initial face to face interview.

• Interview: The interview will consist of areas such as assessing their experience, education, concerns, career aspirations, salary expectations and other relevant data.

• Video and/or Audio Recording: Using the aid of technology, candidates will be audio and video recorded. This is to assist you to have a better assessment of the suitability of the candidate before even meeting them, saving time and effort.

• Candidate Shortlist : Is presented to the client for review together with the candidate resume and AV file.

3. Client Interview

• When the client is ready to proceed, we will assist with arranging the interviews and any task related prior and thereafter.

4. Handling the Negotiations and the Job Offer

• We offer our services in handling the negotiations with the candidates.

• We are willing to handle unsuitable candidates carefully to maintain our client’s reputation as attractive employers.
